Psychotherapy

We seek therapy for various reasons. In a safe and supportive environment, therapy offers an opportunity to explore patterns, empowers us to find our authenticity and provides strategies and solutions to apply outside of session to create meaningful change in our lives.

Addictions Recovery

Addiction impacts multiple life areas. Recovery is deeper than stopping an addictive substance or behavior; it involves building a foundation to heal our mind, body and spirit. Through a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach, we explore the underlying causes of addiction, develop healthy coping skills, and strategies to support long-term recovery.

Sand Play Therapy

Sand Play provides a visual projection of our inner world and is effective in processing trauma. Sandplay Therapy offers a creative, hands on approach to explore feelings, memories, and inner conflicts using miniature figures and a tray of sand. This gentle and symbolic process supports healing, emotional growth, and self-awareness.

Walk and Talk

Walk and Talk Therapy is an optional service that takes the session outdoors. Some find the physical movement of walking and side by side discussion more desirable than the office setting. Walk and Talk benefits may include movement and nature, however, it also comes with risks of the outdoors as well as potentially less confidentiality.

Children and Teens

Supporting children and teens includes supporting the entire family system. It is important to understand youth through a developmentally appropriate lens to support their unique needs. Therapy utilizes age-appropriate, creative, and trauma-informed approaches to help youth feel more confident, connected, and understood.

Telehealth

Telehealth allows you to attend therapy from the comfort of your own space. Telehealth is a great option for busy schedules, transportation challenges, or simply making therapy feel more comfortable and convenient.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a brain-based therapy utilizing eye positioning to tap into our body's natural ability to heal. By scanning the visual field, we directly target the source of emotion and sensation within the body. Allowing the brain to maintain focus where the trauma is stored promotes processing, releasing and healing.

CSAT

Sex addiction therapy provides treatment for compulsive sexual behaviors that negatively impact our lives. We will work together to understand these behaviors, develop healthier coping strategies, and establish a foundation toward sustained recovery.
