Frequently Asked Questions.

Confidentiality

Trust and safety are essential to creating a space for healing. All communication is protected by state and federal laws, as well as professional ethical standards. There are a few exceptions to confidentiality, including: your written permission to involve a support person in your therapy, danger to yourself, danger to others, suspected child or elder abuse or neglect, a court order or a medical emergency.

What to Expect

Your journey begins with a free consultation call — a chance to ask questions, learn about services, and decide whether we’re the right fit. The initial session is 60-90 minutes and includes reviewing paperwork, gathering background information, and beginning to identify your therapy goals. Ongoing individual sessions are typically 50-60 minutes, unless otherwise arranged.

Insurance and Reiumbursement

Breanna Cannetti LLC is an out-of-network provider, which means we are not in-network with insurance companies. However, some clients are able to receive reimbursement based on their specific insurance plan.

To find out what your out-of-network benefits cover, you can contact your insurance provider directly. I will provide you with detailed documentation (a “superbill”) that you can use to submit claims for possible reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of your session. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, credit/debit cards, and HSA accounts. A sliding scale is available for clients experiencing financial hardship.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you and without enough notice of a cancellation, that time slot cannot be offered to another client. Missed sessions or late cancellations (outside of emergency situations) will be charged the full session fee. Insurance does not reimburse for missed appointments.
